Our experts are attending at loading/discharge 24 hours a day when quality control of the goods requested which means compliance of quality of the goods loaded/discharged to the requirements of contract or standards - ISO, GAFTA or any other.
- Sampling, representative sample preparation according to ISO or any other technical standards are performed with certified samplers (delivered by Pfeuffer) and divider to prepare a sample correctly.
- Granulometry (particle sizing) of fertilizer is done at spot by RETSCH sieves.
- Temperature of product is measured at loading by electronic thermometer.
- We are able to measure conductivity of fertilizer solutions at spot and report to the client very shortly after results received.
- At loading of grains and cereals we make express analyses on board of the ship during loading/discharge for moisture, test weight and admixtures.
- At discharge of cocoa beans express analyses for moisture content and cuttest according to FCC.
